Job Responsibility:
Supporting Residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing and assisting with meals
Helping Residents with limited mobility
Taking responsibility for the wellbeing of Residents on and off site
Delivering a level of care that truly comes from the heart
Making sure residents never lose their dignity or sense of individuality
Getting involved in general activities within the care home
Providing emotional support
Delivering care to someone at the end of their life
Travelling between a cluster of homes
Requirements:
Must be able to work 22 hours with no work restrictions or limits
Must be able to travel between a cluster of homes (essential and expected part of the role)
Must have full right to work in the UK (cannot offer sponsorship or accept applications from those on a time-limited visa)
Must be comfortable with technology or open to learning
Must attend safeguarding training appropriate to role
Must be able to recognise signs of possible abuse, harm or neglect and know what to do
Must be able to seek appropriate advice and report concerns, including escalation if action is not taken
Nice to have:
A driving license with access to a vehicle
