Flex Director, Technical Ai Product Manager

The Director, Technical AI Product Manager is a hands-on leader responsible for driving the design, development, and delivery of AI-powered solutions within Marriott's Primary Use Case Pods. This role combines deep technical expertise with modern product management practices to create scalable, human-centered AI products that deliver measurable business impact. The Director leads cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and designers to identify automation opportunities, optimize processes, and implement solutions leveraging RPA, traditional AI, and generative AI. Acting as a trusted technical liaison to business stakeholders, this leader ensures alignment between product vision and enterprise objectives while championing responsible AI principles throughout the development lifecycle.
