Marriott Bonvoy Boutiques is entering a new chapter of growth and evolution. We are looking for a visionary AI Artist and Creative Content Producer to sit at the intersection of emerging technology and brand storytelling. In this role, you will harness AI-powered tools — from generative image and video platforms to large language models — to produce stunning, on-brand visual content across our retail marketing channels and website. This high-profile role is the first of its kind at Marriott and will work alongside marketing, merchandising, and product teams to deliver on creative projects and pave the wave for integrating AI into our creative workflows.
Job Responsibility
AI-generated visual content: Design and produce imagery, illustrations, video assets, and campaign visuals using tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Sora, Gemeni and similar platforms for use across social media, on-property, packaging, and digital advertising
Concept development: Translate briefs from marketing teams into compelling visual concepts
Prompt engineering & iteration: Develop, document, and refine a proprietary prompt library that consistently produces brand-aligned outputs at speed and scale
Cross-channel production: Adapt assets across formats — social, email, web, print, digital out-of-home, and on-property — ensuring pixel-perfect consistency and brand fidelity
AI workflow integration: Partner with the marketing and tech teams to identify and integrate new AI tools into existing creative workflows, increasing production efficiency without compromising quality
Collaboration & QA: Work closely with photographers, videographers, graphic designers, and copywriters to blend AI output with human-crafted assets seamlessly
Requirements
4-year degree from an accredited university
5+ years in a creative, design, or content production role
2+ years of experience applying brand identity systems across marketing or creative assets
Demonstrated portfolio of AI-generated creative work
Proficiency with generative AI tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly, Runway, Sora, Gemeni, or equivalent)
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere)
Professional training in graphic design, visual communication or related field
Experience managing multiple concurrent design projects in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
Background in hospitality, luxury retail, or consumer brand marketing
Experience with AI video production and motion graphics
Familiarity with CMS platforms, DAM systems, and marketing automation tools
Understanding of SEO and performance marketing content principles
Experience with 3D visualization or AR/VR content creation
Knowledge of cultural and seasonal trends relevant to hospitality and retail
