Job Description:

As part of the talented Freedom Boat Club team (the nation’s oldest and largest private member boat club), you will be working with a team of Dock Staff on our varied fleet of boats, as a key role of a Fleetio Maintenance Technician! We are looking for a mechanically inclined individual that will perform light maintenance on our vessels and diligently utilize our Fleetio fleet management software to log the work completed. This individual should also be able to demonstrate basic customer service skills, as the role will interact on a regular basis with our members.

Job Responsibility:

  • Troubleshoot and perform light maintenance on vessels
  • Own the process of entering and updating the Fleetio software
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
  • Anticipate and address guests' service needs
  • Speak with others using clear and professional language
  • Make and answer telephone calls using appropriate etiquette
  • Support team to reach common goals
  • Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
