We are currently recruiting for a Fleet Vehicle Administrator (on a fixed term basis untill October 2026) to come and join our team at Vertu Ford Birmingham Fleet. This 40 hour week role will involve making sure invoices and taxing vehicles are completed accurately and on time. You will be creating vehicle and customer records and facilitate the development of an accurate, clean customer database and vehicle history. You will continue to deliver the highest level of satisfaction to internal and external customers. You will also be responsible for ordering vehicles on the factory, organising subcontract work and progressing the order through to point of delivery.
Job Responsibility:
Making sure invoices and taxing vehicles are completed accurately and on time
Creating vehicle and customer records
Facilitate the development of an accurate, clean customer database and vehicle history
Deliver the highest level of satisfaction to internal and external customers
Ordering vehicles on the factory
Organising subcontract work
Progressing the order through to point of delivery
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Vehicle Administrator
Excellent IT / PC/ Numerical skills
Nice to have:
Kerridge experience
