Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Fleet Title Clerk to join our team in Pasadena, Texas. This is a contract-to-permanent position requiring 100% onsite presence. In this role, you will oversee the management of titles, registrations, and essential documentation for a fleet that includes tanks, trucks, trailers, and equipment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Process and manage title and registration documents for various fleet vehicles, including tanks, trucks, trailers, and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to vehicle documentation
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all fleet documentation
  • Collaborate with logistics and shipping teams to ensure timely processing of fleet-related paperwork
  • Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues with titles and registrations
  • Communicate effectively with external agencies and vendors to facilitate documentation processes
  • Monitor and update internal systems to reflect current fleet documentation status
  • Provide administrative support to the logistics department as needed
  • Assist in securing and safeguarding sensitive fleet-related documentation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in logistics or a similar field, with a focus on fleet management
  • Familiarity with shipping, receiving, and general logistics functions
  • Strong knowledge of title and registration processes for vehicles and equipment
  • Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
