As Europe’s leading e-scooter operator, we’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a Fleet Specialist to support our London operations. Your mission at Voi: As a Fleet Specialist, you’ll help ensure our e-scooters and e-bikes are safe, ready to ride, and available where customers need them most.

Job Responsibility

  • Collecting and delivering vehicles to support daily operations
  • Finding and collecting damaged vehicles
  • Battery swaps and replacements
  • Quick on-site repairs when needed
  • Diagnosing and repairing vehicles in the warehouse
  • Recycling and dismantling vehicles that cannot be repaired
  • Supporting warehouse logistics (new vehicles, batteries, packaging)
  • Helping the team with tasks like checking vehicle condition, clearing parking areas, and resetting fallen vehicles

Requirements

  • A Full UK Driving Licence (max 6 points, no major offences) and eligible for our e-van insurance
  • Confidence driving in London and navigating the city
  • A proactive, responsible mindset and strong teamwork skills
  • A calm approach in busy or stressful situations (traffic, parking issues, etc.)
  • Physical fitness to carry and move heavy loads
  • Basic comfort with digital tools
  • You may be required to complete a DBS check for this role
