The role of a Fleet Specialist sits at the center of Coca-Cola HBC’s fleet cost tracking and reporting. It’s all about working with data—turning numbers into clear, structured reports, keeping information accurate and up to date, and helping the business stay on top of its vehicle-related costs. You’ll be part of the full reporting cycle, working with different teams and contributing to both local and group-level visibility.
Job Responsibility
Deliver accurate and insightful fleet reports, KPIs and analyses, supporting data-driven decision making at local and group level
Manage and optimize fleet data and cost tracking, ensuring transparency across leasing, fuel, tolls and other expenses
Monitor and validate invoices and cost allocations, maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance
Support budgeting and forecasting processes through reliable data, variance analysis and cost projections
Collaborate cross-functionally and drive continuous improvements in reporting, processes and fleet cost efficiency
Requirements
Strong Excel skills and ability to work confidently with numbers and large datasets
Experience in reporting, cost tracking or administrative data processing
Good attention to detail and ability to work with high volume of documentation
Ability to stay organized, work independently and meet strict deadlines
Good command of English for reporting and communication
