Job Responsibility

Manage a Fleet Specialists team and ensure a high quality of service for our users and cities
Ensure the efficient execution of tasks related to maintaining, repairing, transporting, and repositioning vehicles, as well as swapping batteries
Divide time between managerial duties (hiring, training, performance follow-ups of the team) and performing operative tasks (in-warehouse or in-field)
Team Management: Conduct one-on-ones, performance reviews, coaching, and training for Fleet Specialists
Inventory & Asset Management: Oversee spare parts and battery inventory, manage physical assets like vehicles and facilities, and ensure optimal usage
Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, manage onboarding, and monitor mandatory training
Incident & Contractor Management: Record and investigate incidents, and oversee repairs and maintenance in the warehouse
3PL & Van Coordination: Manage daily communication with 3PL partners and oversee operational aspects of vans
Operational Excellence & Fleet Maintenance: Maximize vehicle uptime, perform maintenance, and extend fleet lifetime
Warehouse & Shift Management: Assist in warehouse operations and organize shifts to ensure team performance
