Job Responsibility

Provide well-organised shift planning and proactively manage team performance, taking appropriate action when expectations are not met
Supervise and lead a team responsible for inbound and outbound operations, picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently
Coordinate daily workflows to meet shipping deadlines and supply chain expectations
Monitor order accuracy and address discrepancies or issues immediately
Train team members on best practices for picking, packing, and safety protocols
Maintain inventory accuracy through regular checks and proper documentation
Collaborate with the logistics team to organize shipments and manage shipping schedules
Assist in receiving, packing and deploying new vehicles arriving to the warehouse or spare parts needing to be sent to another location
Interview, train and engage required Fleet Specialists to keep the business running all year around, delivering on agreed-upon targets
Work together with your manager and other Team Leads in your city to schedule and plan the work most effectively, including shift planning
