Job Description

As the Team Lead you will manage a team of Fleet Specialists (mainly drivers) and work together to ensure operational excellence to keep our vehicles available to our users and a high quality of service for the riders in Stockholm.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage a team of Fleet Specialists (mainly drivers)
  • Ensure operational excellence to keep vehicles available and maintain high quality of service
  • Divide time between managerial duties (hiring, training, performance management) and performing tasks (mainly in-field)
  • Provide organised shifts and manage team performance
  • Implement new procedures and SOP's
  • Ensure high quality standard for vehicles in the field
  • Identify damaged vehicles
  • Rebalance wrongly parked vehicles
  • Tidy parking spots
  • Lift vehicles that have fallen over
  • Maintain and repair Voi’s fleet of vehicles to extend their lifetime
  • Work with manager to schedule and plan work effectively, including shift planning
  • Oversee work done by team in warehouse or field
  • Ensure tasks are completed in safe and efficient manner
  • Be guardian of physical assets
  • Extend lifetime of vehicles and facilities
  • Ensure team adheres to defined Health & Safety procedures
  • Be a role model when performing tasks
  • Foster a collaborative, safe and friendly working environment

Requirements

  • 2+ years of previous work experience in a similar role
  • Experience managing a team of people
  • A valid driver's licence for Sweden
  • General understanding of digital work tools (MS-office, G-Suite)
  • Fluent in English
  • Pragmatic and responsible team-player
  • Can fulfil tasks, solve problems independently and work as a part of a team
  • Thrives in a hands on position
  • Performance oriented with the motivation to not only reach their targets, but exceed them
