Job Description

As the Team Lead you will manage a team of Fleet Specialists and work together to ensure operational excellence to keep our vehicles available to our users and a high quality of service for the riders in Västerås. In this role you will divide your time between managerial duties (hiring, training, performance management of the team) and performing tasks based on business priorities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of previous work experience in a similar role
  • Experience managing a team of people
  • A valid driver's licence for Sweden
  • General understanding of digital work tools (MS-office, G-Suite)
  • Fluent in English
  • Pragmatic and responsible team-player
  • Can fulfil tasks, solve problems independently and work as a part of a team
  • Thrives in a hands on position
  • Performance oriented with the motivation to not only reach their targets, but exceed them
