Job Description

As a Fleet Specialist, you'll keep Voi's electric vehicles safe, charged and ready to ride. You'll split your time between the city and the warehouse, using a company e-van to maintain and recharge our fleet. Full training provided — no mechanical experience needed.

Job Responsibility

  • Swap batteries and rebalance the fleet across the city
  • Carry out minor on-the-spot fixes and escalate bigger issues
  • Deploy vehicles safely and be a friendly face for the public
  • Maintain, repair and diagnose vehicles
  • Receive, pack and send out new vehicles and batteries
  • Keep the workspace clean, safe and organised

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months, no more than 6 points, no major offences
  • Must be 21 or over
  • Reliable and follows through on commitments
  • Enjoys teamwork and takes initiative when needed
  • Comfortable with active, physical work using tools and equipment provided
  • Communicates clearly and is confident with basic digital tools
  • Stays calm under pressure and treats everyone with respect
