Fleet Sourcing / Contractor Recruitment Officer

ANC is looking for a highly motivated Contractor Recruitment Officer / Fleet Sourcing Officer to join their team near Brisbane Airport, QLD to help drive our driver fleet staffing objectives. As part of our national sourcing team, you’ll work collaboratively to meet fleet sourcing targets across Victoria and other states as required. In this dynamic role, you’ll partner closely with business leaders and the Fleet Sourcing Manager to attract, select, and onboard high-quality delivery drivers. Your contributions will also support ongoing improvements in our sourcing strategies and recruitment administration, helping us build a stronger, more efficient driver network.
