Bemana is assisting a rapidly growing US-based electric vehicle accessory company in hiring their first full-time US sales hire. The company offers an innovative electric AC add-on for trucks that delivers 8–10 hours of engine-off cooling, helping fleets save a substantial amount on fuel per truck each night. They are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead their fleet sales efforts and drive volume growth across large US trucking companies. This is a high-impact role where the successful candidate will leverage existing fleet contacts to establish relationships with decision-makers.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and execute a US fleet sales strategy targeting large trucking companies and fleet operators
  • Directly engage decision-makers to drive initial trials and full fleet adoption
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, presentations, demos, and closing high-volume deals
  • Travel locally and nationally to client sites, trade shows, and installation training sessions
  • Provide market insights and strategic feedback to influence US sales growth
  • Support internal teams on installation processes and training as needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience selling products to large truck fleets
  • Existing contacts and relationships within fleet operations to accelerate sales
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong understanding of fleet operations, maintenance, and decision-making processes
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote role
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the US, particularly during peak installation season (Feb–Sept)
