We are hiring a Sales Manager to lead and drive sales performance for premium commercial vehicles. This role combines hands-on client engagement with team leadership, covering key sectors such as logistics, construction, and transportation.
Job Responsibility:
Lead, coach, and support the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence
Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with key fleet and B2B clients
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales support
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities
Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to senior management
Ensure the team stays aligned with product knowledge, training, and brand standards
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial vehicle, automotive, or related B2B sales
Prior leadership or team management experience preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Results-driven mindset with strategic thinking ability
Valid driving license and willingness to travel
