Job Description:

Based at our Belmont office, the Fleet Performance Coordinator is responsible for identifying, directing and managing fleet allocation activities that maximise fleet utilisation and performance levels Nationally and also deliver the best return on investment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct fleet deployment activities to support the branch network in maximising fleet utilisation
  • Regularly review, assess, identify and recommend actions for underperforming fleet, disposals and fleet acquisition
  • Ensure maximum utilisation of fleet is achieved before purchasing new equipment
  • Undertake administrative activities relating to the control and management of fleet
  • Support the Sales team by understanding project demand forecasts and providing fleet solution

Requirements:

  • Hire/Construction industry experience desirable, but not mandatory
  • A degree of personal and professional resilience
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Competent written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem analysis skills and basic analytical skills
  • Competency with Microsoft Office in particular Excel spreadsheets and Outlook
