As a Fleet Operations Coordinator, you will support and coordinate a team of Fleet Specialists during your shift. This is a practical, field-based role where you will spend most of your time out in the field, helping ensure smooth daily operations. The role is approximately 80% hands-on operational work and 20% team coordination and support.
Job Responsibility:
Support daily fleet operations: Collect, deploy, and reposition vehicles across the city with a hands-on mindset
Assist with logistics tasks: Help with receiving, packing, and preparing vehicles for deployment
Coordinate the shift team: Support Fleet Specialists during the shift, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely
Maintain quality and safety standards: Help identify damaged or misplaced vehicles and ensure tidy parking zones
Support onboarding and training: Assist with training new team members and helping them succeed in the role
Work closely with the local operations team: Collaborate with your manager on shift planning and daily priorities
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, retail, or a similar fast-paced environment
Some experience supporting or guiding others (formal management experience is not required)
A full UK driving license (max. 6 minor points, no major offences)
Comfort using basic digital tools (Google Suite, MS Office)
