We are looking for Business Development Manager to join our dynamic sales team in Arrow ECS (https://www.arrow.com/globalecs/). Fleet Operations Associate will be responsible for overseeing Fleet vehicles and will work closely with various departments as well as with external suppliers by delivering a great level of service and responsiveness. The person must be highly collaborative to manage costs and keep the Fleet running smoothly and will be responsible for supporting Arrow stakeholders (HR, Finance, etc.) on the incoming request by understanding customer needs and providing excellent customer experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Managing orders, checking invoices, working with documentation
  • Administer day to day fleet activities including incident reporting, license plate and registration renewals, new driver on-boarding, vehicle dispositions, replacements of vehicle purchases and vehicle scheduling
  • Providing relevant information by answering questions and queries
  • Administer and analyze fleet data from all relevant sources and prepare related reports and analysis used for decision making, management reporting and vehicle negotiation decisions
  • Work closely with fleet administration provider(s) and related outside vendors and service providers including vehicle dealers.
