Job Description

We're looking for a motivated and hands-on Fleet Operations Driver available for shift work to help us deploy our e-scooters in the city and ensure there’s always one ready to use. Your responsibility is to keep cities clutter-free and organised by distributing our e-scooters across the city. You’ll ensure that e-scooters are sufficiently charged and safe to ride. You’ll also be in charge of rebalancing lost scooters and delivering broken scooters back to the warehouse for repair.

Job Responsibility

  • Driving vans to collect and deploy e-scooters or swap batteries
  • Ensuring e-scooters are parked neatly and keep streets or sidewalks free
  • Searching for lost e-scooters, checking their condition, and either returning them to the warehouse or making them available in the city
  • Performing minor repairs directly on the street to increase fleet availability
  • Assisting the Operations team in the warehouse whenever needed

Requirements

  • EU B driving license

  • Lead all aspects of fleet servicing, including, but not limited to, cleaning, charging, and calibration for the autonomous ride-hail vehicles to ensure readiness, safety, and compliance with established standards
  • Maintain oversight of vehicle dispatch, movement, and staging within the applicable location to maximize fleet uptime and availability
  • Oversee diagnostics to identify and address “no hail” states, coordinating remote actions or on-site fleet response teams to restore serviceability

  • Manage a team of Fleet Associates, Lot Coordinators, and related staff to ensure high service levels and continuous improvement
