Requirements

You hold an EU B driving license and know how to operate cars with a manual transmission
You're a skilled and trustworthy driver who knows the local area well and always ensures a safe and secure journey whenever hitting the road. Having previous experience working as a professional driver can be advantageous
Your proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of challenges are reflected in your hands-on work
You have solid local language skills and experience using smartphones and mechanical tools
You are available to work full-time on rotating shifts - including day shift and afternoon shift
Having English skills is an advantage

Job Responsibility

Driving our vans to collect and deploy e-scooters or swap batteries
Ensuring e-scooters are parked neatly and keep streets or sidewalks free
Searching for lost e-scooters, checking their condition, and either returning them to the warehouse or making them available in the city
Performing minor repairs directly on the street to increase the availability of our fleet
Assisting the Operations team in the warehouse whenever it's needed

Job Responsibility

Ensure all company policy, procedure, business ethic and sustainability commitments are applied and adhered to a high standard across the WP Group operation centres
To record, update and communicate fleet tests, inspections, Road Fund Licence and service requirements and communicate directly with service providers
To audit service contracts for fleet service agents
To be aware of new fleet technology and regulation
Continually work to safely drive down fleet operating costs
Assist with depot infrastructure
To record and monitor Fleet mileage, Fuel usage, MPG and CO2
To manage and administrate manual and digital tachograph data through the FTA
Ensure the regular downloading of truck tachographs at remote sites
Carry out regular truck tachograph downloads at the Hythe head office operating centre

Job Responsibility

Lead all aspects of fleet servicing, including, but not limited to, cleaning, charging, and calibration for the autonomous ride-hail vehicles to ensure readiness, safety, and compliance with established standards
Maintain oversight of vehicle dispatch, movement, and staging within the applicable location to maximize fleet uptime and availability
Oversee diagnostics to identify and address “no hail” states, coordinating remote actions or on-site fleet response teams to restore serviceability
Direct daily operations within the applicable locations, optimizing resource allocation and workflow efficiency to achieve performance, productivity, and uptime goals
Manage a team of Fleet Associates, Lot Coordinators, and related staff to ensure high service levels and continuous improvement
Develop, communicate, and implement daily operational plans consistent with ABG and the partner’s business objectives
Forecast, budget, and manage key operational metrics (including, but not limited to, fleet utilization, labor productivity, turnaround times, and material costs)
Conduct data analysis to drive continuous process improvement and reduce downtime
Collaborate with the partner’s product, engineering, IT, and other departments to prioritize the workload to accomplish the needs of the business
Partner with ABG operations, IT, facilities, procurement and other departments to leverage scale and expertise
