Job Description

Our client, an environmental and industrial services organization, is seeking a Fleet Management Administrator for a 100% onsite, temp‑to‑hire opportunity in Norwell, MA. This role supports a high‑volume fleet maintenance operation and works closely with internal operations teams and third‑party vendors to coordinate repairs, track maintenance activity, and manage related administrative processes. The position is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (with a one‑hour break) and pays $24-$26/hour. Qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate and prioritize outsourced vehicle maintenance and repair work
  • Review repair quotes, identify cost-saving opportunities, and manage third-party vendor relationships
  • Track maintenance activity, timelines, and repair status and communicate updates to internal managers
  • Create purchase orders and process invoices, reimbursements, and repair documentation
  • Update asset and maintenance information within the asset management system
  • Collect vendor bids, monitor warranties, and identify rework or denied repair scenarios
  • Provide administrative support related to fleet operations and maintenance planning

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative, corporate, account management, or customer support role
  • Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with vendors, drivers, and internal teams
  • Solid computer skills and ability to manage data, reports, and systems accurately
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

Fleet management or maintenance experience is a plus, but not required
