Job Description

We are looking for someone to be Responsible for fleet maintenance, performance and readiness

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for maintenance, repairs and readiness of up to 300 vehicles or more (several locations)
  • Schedule periodic maintenance and urgent repairs to keep vehicles in optimal condition
  • Request spare parts quotation before approving purchase orders (High risk)
  • Manage and control fleet budget (repairs, replacements, insurance, licensing, fuel, etc..)
  • Manage and track fleet licensing and insurance
  • Track, measure and report fleet performance for each vehicle
  • Manage to minimize the breakdown times of vehicles
  • Visual monitor for drivers’ behaviors and fleet status
  • Manage a group of technicians for daily repairs and for regular check lists
  • Review random invoices from outsourced suppliers and ensure that all repairs are performed and meet our fleet quality policy
  • Commitment to all safety rules and company policy

Requirements

  • Bachelor of automotive engineering, mechanical power engineering, mechatronics
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in automotive engineering
  • Fleet appearance, performance and readiness must not be less than 98%
  • Cost control and Budget adherence
  • Repair quality (number of repeated repairs)
  • Road Safety Compliance
  • Adherence to safety rules and company policy

  • Be part of a fast-paced, high energy, team supporting Strategic Systems Programs Re-Entry Branch on the Sea Launched Cruise Missile (SLCM-N) program as the Logistics and Fleet Integration Lead Engineer. This unique and challenging role requires a strong understanding of both Department of Energy (DOE) nuclear weapon systems and Department of War (DoW) delivery platforms. The successful candidate will serve as a key technical liaison, managing complex interfaces, ensuring system compatibility, and driving successful integration activities throughout the program lifecycle. The candidate should be familiar with nuclear weapon programs and be able to manage multiple teams for fleet coordination and logistics activities. This position will require the candidate to represent the Re-Entry Branch at various meetings and have a comprehensive understanding of how to lead and manage a project from start to finish. Primary Technical Integrator - Serve as the lead technical point of contact for integrating DOE‑designed components into shore and fleet operations, coordinating work across multiple government and industry stakeholders
