We’re looking for a motivated and adaptable FleetHub Coordinator to join our small, dynamic team. In this role, you’ll manage third-party hauliers through our FleetHub Marketplace portal, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. You’ll provide a mix of sales, administrative, logistical, and accounting support, while solving day-to-day challenges and building strong supplier relationships.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee and support sub-contractors to meet customer requirements
Work with Transport and Customer Service teams to solve logistical challenges
Communicate daily with hauliers, ensuring bookings are fulfilled and customers kept updated
Resolve issues quickly and effectively to avoid disruption
Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers
Contribute to growth by onboarding new hauliers and expanding the marketplace
Approve and process invoices, audits, and reports to ensure compliance and profitability.
Requirements:
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Clear and confident communicator (internal & external)
Confident within sales environments and presenting to potential customers
Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
Ability to manage time, adapt, and solve problems under pressure
Resilient, ambitious, and eager to learn.
