Job Description:

With the continued growth in the industry, Scotlynn is currently hiring experienced Fleet Coordinators at our office in Vittoria, ON. This role is for a highly organized person with strong communication skills, who is driven, hardworking, and looking for unlimited growth. The Fleet Coordinator supports the Fleet Managers and the National Sales Team by actively coordinating truckload transportation operations, scheduling and tracking loads, communicating with drivers throughout the delivery process, and resolving operational issues to keep freight moving efficiently.

Job Responsibility:

  • Handle high call volumes in a courteous, efficient manner
  • Work with carriers and drivers to monitor loading, unloading, and the time management of freight transit
  • Assign and track vehicles, trailers, and equipment
  • Respond to real-time operational issues and escalates when needed
  • Assist Fleet Managers in communication and updates required to drivers and customers
  • Performing data entry accurately maintaining up-to-date information in the Transportation Management System and record management system
  • Develop long-term relationships with drivers by providing them with excellent customer service
  • Support incident reporting and communication flow during disruptions
  • Proactively identify and solve issues with Fleet Managers

Requirements:
