Job Description:

Join our dynamic organisation dedicated to creating positive change and fostering meaningful connections through personalised support for individuals with disabilities. This role is a part-time position (30 hours per week) within the Zapti team located in Dubbo, and is responsible for managing the Westhaven vehicle fleet. It offers the opportunity to use your communication and organisation skills to ensure quality transportation services for our participants.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing the Westhaven vehicle fleet
  • Ensuring quality transportation services for participants
  • Management and coordination of a fleet of over 100 vehicles across the Central West
  • Overseeing the efficient booking, servicing and registration of vehicles
  • Effective communication and planning with Service Delivery teams

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced customer-facing environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral)
  • Experience working in automotive or fleet management disciplines (preferred but not essential)
  • Basic understanding of vehicle mechanics and preventative maintenance schedules
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills for engaging external contractors
  • Current NSW Driver’s Licence
  • Paid WWCC and NDISWC
  • Availability to work at the Dubbo Hub during business hours
  • Willingness to work out of office hours and be on call from time to time
