Job Responsibility:

  • Execute the daily load and route plan for all channel deliveries
  • Direct the Independent Contractors in their execution of the daily load and route plan
  • Abide by the predetermined daily load quantities for the Contractors
  • Monitor daily loads to ensure service delivery to Clients
  • Ensure the data completion of all loads 'live' in FMS and PC Dispatch
  • Ensure and (and all) issues are dealt with immediately and a solution found as they arise (such as breakdowns, traffic issues etc)
  • Control and monitor the daily and weekly revenue plan
  • Compile relevant required paperwork from the previous day, and ensure the data is entered
  • Communicate all delivery/pickup issues with the Client
  • Immediate reporting of any incidents or non-conformance to company Management
  • After hours contact for end of day unfinished routes

  • Experience in a similar, fast paced, customer facing role
  • Excellent attention to detail and results driven
  • The ability to multi-task, prioritise and follow up on tasks
  • Problem solving ability with decisive decision making

  • Reviews all original equipment manufacturer (OEM) recommendations (SBs, SLs, etc.) Applicable to the fleet
