Job Responsibility

  • Operational support in the area of fleet and technical management
  • Administrative processing including invoice verification, as well as structured data maintenance and data import
  • Organization and coordination of workshop appointments, repairs, and technical measures
  • Commissioning and managing repair services in close coordination with service providers
  • Telephone coordination, follow-up, and consistent management of ongoing processes
  • Close collaboration with internal departments and interfaces
  • Covering responsibilities within the operational area, including communication with workshops and external partners

Requirements

  • Commercial or technical training, or a comparable qualification with professional experience in fleet management, logistics, or technical administration
  • Technical understanding combined with commercial thinking and a structured way of working
  • Strong communication skills, initiative, and a hands-on mentality
  • Enjoyment of telephone coordination and active task management
  • Good English skills for communication with international partners
  • Class B driver's license
  • Confident use of MS Office
