Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Fleet Advertising Specialist to join our team in Miramar, Florida. In this long-term contract role, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure the smooth execution of supplier fleet advertising programs, including billing, invoicing, and administrative tasks. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide daily support for the management of the supplier advertising program, ensuring all administrative and reporting tasks are completed efficiently
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors to oversee advertising installations and ensure adherence to agreed-upon service levels
  • Maintain and update fleet advertising trackers to monitor active, pending, and on-hold units
  • Communicate upcoming fleet advertising renewals to suppliers and ensure timely follow-ups for contract extensions
  • Review and validate invoices from third-party vendors, ensuring accuracy and alignment with program agreements
  • Collaborate with supplier marketing teams, fleet operations, and advertising agencies to manage advertising campaigns
  • Assist in developing and distributing art templates for fleet advertisements and evaluate completion photos for quality assurance
  • Work closely with the corporate management team and legal department to facilitate supplier advertising renewals and compliance
  • Monitor advertising programs to ensure installations and campaigns are executed seamlessly from start to finish

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, and other relevant tools for tracking and reporting
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated individual with a commitment to completing assignments accurately and on time
  • Ability to adapt to diverse environments and work effectively under changing conditions
  • Comfortable with occasional physical demands, such as sitting, typing, and lifting up to 20 pounds
