We are currently recruiting for a Fleet Administrator to come and join our team! This is a full time permanent role Monday-Friday offering £24,700 per annum.
Job Responsibility:
Making sure invoices and taxing vehicles are completed accurately and on time
Creating vehicle and customer records
Facilitate the development of an accurate, clean customer database and vehicle history
Deliver the highest level of satisfaction to internal and external customers
Ordering vehicles on the factory
Organising subcontract work
Progressing the order through to point of delivery
Requirements:
Previous experience as an Administrator
Excellent IT / PC/ Numerical skills
Driving licence would be beneficial
Nice to have:
Kerridge experience
Experience in the motor trade
