Are you an ambitious, results-oriented professional with experience in sales or customer support? We are looking for an Fleet Account Management Specialist for a 12-month period to join our team and contribute to operational success and business growth.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain frequent communication via different channels with the assigned Accounts (Fleets), prepare comprehensive data analysis using available tools, and offer personalized recommendations, aiming for business optimization and Fleets growth
Solve fleet partner requests and escalations in a timely manner and follow up on recommendations being implemented
Support in creating processes in order to optimize the acquiring and engagement of our partners
Expand our fleet partner relationships in your area and acquire new fleet partners
Maintain subject matter expertise in assigned areas - Fleet Management & Support by sharing learnings and insights and offering recommendations
Collaborate with different teams and key stakeholders(Local Operations, Business Development, Legal, Policy, Customer Support etc)
Requirements:
Completed Higher Education
At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer support
Advanced English and Fluent Romanian are mandatory
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant digital tools
Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a structured manner
Background in customer support with transferable skills is welcomed
