Job Description:

Are you an ambitious, results-oriented professional with experience in sales or customer support? We are looking for an Fleet Account Management Specialist for a 12-month period to join our team and contribute to operational success and business growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain frequent communication via different channels with the assigned Accounts (Fleets), prepare comprehensive data analysis using available tools, and offer personalized recommendations, aiming for business optimization and Fleets growth
  • Solve fleet partner requests and escalations in a timely manner and follow up on recommendations being implemented
  • Support in creating processes in order to optimize the acquiring and engagement of our partners
  • Expand our fleet partner relationships in your area and acquire new fleet partners
  • Maintain subject matter expertise in assigned areas - Fleet Management & Support by sharing learnings and insights and offering recommendations
  • Collaborate with different teams and key stakeholders(Local Operations, Business Development, Legal, Policy, Customer Support etc)

Requirements:

  • Completed Higher Education
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer support
  • Advanced English and Fluent Romanian are mandatory
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant digital tools
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a structured manner
  • Background in customer support with transferable skills is welcomed
