Requirements

Must have an active and valid Class “A” Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and a good driving record
Proven work experience as a flatbed truck driver
Experience driving a lowboy preferred
Experience strapping and unstrapping loads and hooking and unhooking the trailer required
Forklift experience required
certification preferred
Experience in maintenance and care of trucks preferred
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather and driving conditions
Pre-employment drug screen and background checks are required
High School Diploma or equivalent required

Job Responsibility

Driving loads to and from the yard utilizing a flatbed trailer
Strapping and unstrapping loads onto the truck
Moving items utilizing a forklift
Washing and cleaning the truck
Performing light mechanical work on the truck
Hooking and unhooking the trailer on the truck
Lifting items up to and including 50 pounds in weight
Preparing/maintaining appropriate logs and documents
Performs other duties as assigned
