We are looking for STORE MANAGER to join our team at HIGHPOINT. As a Neverland Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading your store to success by driving sales, fostering an exceptional customer experience, and inspiring your team to perform at their best.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee all aspects of daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure smooth and efficient running of the store
  • Implement, uphold, and monitor adherence to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations
  • Lead, coach, and develop the store team to deliver the Neverland customer experience, creating a positive, high-performing, and collaborative work environment
  • Drive sales performance and achieve store budgets through exceptional customer service, effective task delegation, and strong time management
  • Ensure all brand directives, visual merchandising standards, and promotional activities are executed to a high standard and within required timeframes
  • Complete all required weekly and ad hoc reporting, maintaining consistent and proactive communication with your Area Manager
  • Take full ownership of store performance, holding yourself and your team accountable for delivering exceptional results in sales, service, and presentation

Requirements:

  • Passionate about streetwear, fashion, and creating memorable customer experiences
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with previous experience in a retail management role
  • Strong focus on customer service and driving team performance to achieve sales and KPI targets
  • Commercially minded with the ability to manage operational priorities while motivating your team
  • Visual merchandising experience and an eye for detail to ensure brand presentation excellence
