Job Responsibility
Oversee the daily operations of our flagship store
Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
Implement strategies to enhance store performance and customer satisfaction
Manage inventory and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Foster a culture of inclusion and collaboration within the team
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in store operations
Requirements
Proven experience in a management role, preferably in an optical environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
Nice to have
Experience in optics or clinical settings
Knowledge of the latest trends in optical retail
A background in training and developing team members
