Job Description:

CSI Mining Services is inviting Fixed Plant Operators with Crushing and Front End / Wheel Loader experience to become part of our team at Lamb Creek. This new project is set to commence in late June 2026 and will operate on a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth, including both day and night shifts. These are full-time positions offering excellent career development opportunities, including leadership pathways for suitable candidates, with Leading Hand opportunities also available.

Job Responsibility:

  • Operate and monitor crushing & screening equipment within fixed plant maintenance and crushing environments
  • Perform basic preventative maintenance checks and assist trades where required
  • Control feed rates and manage plant performance to meet production targets
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and operational procedures
  • Work effectively both independently and within a team structure
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in safety and productivity
  • Demonstrate a commitment to safety

Requirements:

  • Experience operating fixed plant crushing equipment and/or mobile plant (loaders, excavators, bobcats, skid steers etc.)
  • C Class Manual Driver's Licence (HR desirable)
  • High Risk Work Licence (DG, RB, CN, WP, LF – desirable)
  • Construction Induction Card
  • Working at Heights, Confined Space and Gas Testing tickets (desirable)
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
  • Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
