Job Description:

We are seeking a Fixed Network Operations Manager to lead and support the Fixed Network Operation team in managing preventive, incidental, and planned activities. This role is pivotal in ensuring full network availability, driving automation, and achieving cybersecurity targets across the infrastructure.

Job Responsibility:

  • Operate and maintain the Fixed Network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability
  • Manage incidents and problems, ensuring full network availability and swift resolution
  • Guide the team in meeting cybersecurity objectives and compliance standards
  • Support the deployment and integration of automation tools to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Experienced in Networking technologies at ISP/Telco level
  • Familiar with virtual machine environments and their operational dynamics
  • Proficient in Cisco (CCNA level) and Huawei routing and switching technologies
  • Exposure to Network Automation and DEVOPS practices
  • Python knowledge is advantageous
  • Holds a Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or Telecommunications
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Operations & Maintenance of ISP/Telco IP Networks
