With our undisputed leadership in Nordic High Yield markets we are seeking a new broker to join our expanding sales force in Frankfurt. Pareto Securities' sales desk has a global reach, with more than 120 sales professionals across our offices in Oslo, Stavanger, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Helsinki, Frankfurt, Zurich, London, New York, and Singapore. We offer a broad range of services within equity, fixed income, and FX brokerage. Together with our equity and fixed-income research team, we support and add value to our clients' decision-making processes. As a part of our sales force in Frankfurt, you will work closely with our Fixed-Income sales divisions in Oslo and Stockholm, as well as other offices globally.

Job Responsibility:

  • Sale of high-yield corporate bonds through both primary and secondary transactions
  • Systematically work on acquiring and educating new clients and develop your customer portfolio of institutional investors within Germany and continental Europe
  • Work together with our Credit Research team on supporting and adding value to our client’s decision-making
  • Proactively generating value-added ideas for customers and colleagues and develop business in- and externally

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in economics, finance, or other business-related fields with strong academic results
  • Fluency in German and English
  • At least 1-3 years of work experience
  • Highly motivated and driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven and a self-starter motivated by achieving sales goals
  • Great work capacity, analytical skills, a genuine interest in financial markets combined with a “make-do attitude”
