The role focuses on CAPEX/OPEX budget planning, control and reporting in coordination with Network and Finance teams, as well as management of certifications and documentation provided by external network subcontractors.
Job Responsibility:
Be accountable for Fixed budget planning, control and reporting (CAPEX/OPEX)
Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to provide clear visibility of budget status, cost performance, risks, and variances to internal stakeholders
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (ND Field & FO design, VBTS, VBU, SCM, Regulatory, Finance) and external partners on budget planning activities
Manage the review, approval, and timely payment of subcontractor certifications
Manage and track certifications/documentation issued by subcontractors for network works
Collaborate closely with Supply Chain & Regulatory teams on subcontractor certifications, pricing agreements, and related commercial documentation
Support ad-hoc financial analysis and operational reporting
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field
High knowledge of operational and financial systems, such as EVO
High knowledge of Excel, Power Point and reporting tools
Over 3 years’ experience in Network planning or similar
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Apply strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and adaptability to simplify complex processes and deliver actionable results
Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Greek & English
