Job Description

To lead the end-to-end projects for Enterprise customers, transforming complex requirements into reliable, on-time solutions. This role ensures excellence in execution, KPI realization, and full alignment with delivery and business targets.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the complete lifecycle of Enterprise wireless and fixed orders, from initiation to successful closure
  • Drive delivery execution across planning, implementation, and activation, ensuring momentum at every stage
  • Proactively track, prioritize, and resolve pending, aging, and high-impact requests
  • Ensure delivery commitments, timelines, and SLAs are consistently met or exceeded
  • Translate delivery progress into clear KPI tracking and measurable performance outcomes
  • Provide structured status updates, identify risks early, and manage escalations decisively
  • Act as a central point of coordination across VBU PMs, Planning, Implementation, Sales, and partners
  • Contribute to enterprise and strategic project pipelines, enabling scalable and sustainable delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications Engineering
  • From 3 to 6 years of professional experience in project management, including 2 years in telecommunications
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred
  • Advanced software development experience in Python and data-driven applications
  • Experience working in Agile environments with frequent deliverables
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong expertise in Fixed and Wireless Networks with hands-on experience in service delivery and demand management
  • Proven ability in tracking, reporting, coordination, and multi-stakeholder management
  • A strong ownership mindset that drives accountability and closure
  • Customer-focused approach with unwavering attention to timelines and service quality
  • Collaborative spirit that enables results through teamwork and shared ownership
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Collaborative team player with strong reasoning and analytical ability
