Job Responsibility:

  • Be a part of a highly motivated Finance Transformation Project Team with the task of establishing a new, standardized and group-wide applicable external and internal accounting and controlling system
  • Support the standardization of financial data and processes (Fixed Assets) in close cooperation with global project teams
  • Contribute to building a modern, unified accounting and controlling system (SAP S/4HANA)
  • Develop and maintain data standards for internal and external reporting
  • Collaborate closely with Controlling, Accounting, and IT departments to ensure seamless process alignment
  • Participate in the implementation of financial data standards and process mappings
  • Apply business management and BI tools to design innovative solutions for complex data structures
  • Act as a key contact for Group companies and central finance departments (Controlling, Tax, Accounting, Finance)
  • Build and expand your professional network across the Finance Transformation program

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • A few years of experience in Accounting, including Fixed Assets accounting
  • Knowledge of the airline business (especially aircraft assets) is an advantage
  • Experience in Finance Transformation projects will be a plus
  • Strong communication skills in English (min. B2 level)
  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and initiative
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 20%)
