Job Responsibility:

  • Assets Accounting: Oversee the full lifecycle of fixed assets
  • Lease Accounting: Manage lease accounting in full compliance with IFRS 16
  • Cashflow Management: Manage cashflow reporting for capital expenditures
  • Provisions & Accruals: Ensure timely and accurate calculation and posting of provisions related to assets
  • Account Reconciliation: Own the process of verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling accounts
  • Period-End Closings: Manage the CAPEX period-end closing processes and reporting
  • Balance Sheet Analysis: Prepare detailed balance sheet analyses related to depreciation cost
  • Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits
  • Compliance: Adhere to company policies, accounting standards, tax regulations
  • Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Preservation: Participate in continuous improvement projects

Requirements:

  • 1-3 Years of Accounting Experience, preferably in fast-moving, multinational environment
  • Educational Foundation: degree in Accounting or a related field
  • ERP Expertise: hands-on experience with ERP systems
  • Excel Expertise: comfortable working with Excel to manage and analyze data
  • Fluency in English: communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Results-Driven Mindset: focused on delivering high-quality results with accuracy
  • A Proactive Problem Solver: take initiative to resolve issues
  • Analytical thinking skills: ability to interpret financial data, identify trends
