Job Description

Maintain the fixed asset subledger, including additions, disposals, transfers, and retirements. Record and reconcile fixed asset activity to the general ledger. Calculate and post monthly depreciation and amortization. Perform account reconciliations and support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close. Track capital expenditures and ensure proper capitalization in accordance with GAAP. Assist with physical inventory and asset tagging processes.
