We are seeking a Fixed Access Network Performance & KPI Expert to drive stability, performance improvement, and insight-led decision-making across Vodafone’s Fixed Access networks. This role sits within Group Network Fixed Access Engineering and focuses on defining, refining, and governing KPIs, performing deep technical analysis, and translating complex network data into clear insights for senior stakeholders across multiple European markets.
Job Responsibility
Design, review, and continuously optimise Key Performance Indicators for Fixed Access networks
Translate Fixed Access Engineering analyses and Network Quality requests into measurable KPIs
Define KPI thresholds and manage updates across relevant platforms
Perform deep-dive analyses and root cause investigations to support continuous performance improvement
Create dashboards and internal reports for Fixed Network KPIs across Vodafone Fixed EU markets
Produce performance reports and field test analyses to support software rollout decisions
Support CPE-related technical deep dives and performance investigations
Contribute to internal and external workstreams, taskforces, and war rooms related to Fixed Access Engineering platforms
Provide clear, data-driven reporting and insights to senior and executive management
Requirements
An experienced network professional with a broad and deep technical background in Fixed Access services
Knowledgeable in Broadband, Cable, and IP fundamentals
Experienced in one or more Fixed Access technologies such as FTTH/DSL, Cable, or Service Nodes
Comfortable working across Fixed Access, IP, Ethernet, and Optical services within backbone and core networks
Experienced in collaborating within multi-country, cross-functional engineering teams
Confident communicating technical insights clearly in English
A collaborative team contributor with strong coordination skills and an analytical mindset
