Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Five9 Administrator to manage and support the Five9 cloud contact center platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system configuration, IVR design, user management, call routing, reporting, and CRM integrations to ensure seamless contact center operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Configure and manage IVR, call flows, queues, and skills-based routing
  • Administer inbound/outbound campaigns
  • Manage users, roles, and security permissions
  • Develop real-time and historical reports and dashboards
  • Integrate Five9 with CRM and third-party applications
  • Troubleshoot telephony, routing, and system performance issues
  • Coordinate with business teams and Five9 support

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Five9 VCC platform
  • Strong knowledge of IVR configuration and call routing
  • Experience with CRM integrations
  • Understanding of VoIP/SIP concepts
  • Reporting and analytics expertise
