Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in the preventative and corrective maintenance of Water and Sewerage Pumps, Treatment Plants, and all associated mechanical equipment
Formal certification as a Fitter & Turner or Mechanical Fitter (Australian Recognised or equivalent)
Current and valid Restricted Electrical Work License
White Card
MR license (desirable)
5+ years in pump maintenance (water/sewarage) and Wastewater Treatment Plants
Trade qualified and experienced with associated mechanical equipment

Job Responsibility

Diagnosing, repairing, and overhauling core equipment such as sewage pumps, mixers, aerators, gearboxes, and control valves
Executing precise alignment and installation of rotating machinery to eliminate vibration and extend asset life
Safely performing isolation and reconnection duties under your Restricted Electrical Work License
Actively engaging in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify and resolve systemic equipment failures

Job Responsibility
