Job Responsibility

offer small group classes in form of Functional training
delivering a high-quality holiday experience to our guests
responsible for the guest’s safety during their program + for the high-quality equipment
able to give consulting’s in the gym/ fitness center for beginners and advanced guests
service, maintenance and cleaning the equipment on an everyday basis
participation in evening program is dependent on shift plan – when attending evening program and using Club's facilities, you are expected to interact with other guests

Requirements

Certification from a Nationally Recognized Association (NASM, NSCA, ACSM, etc.)
Personal Training Liability Insurance
Current CPR/AED Certification
Bachelor's Degree in a fitness-related field preferred
Minimum of 2 years experience in a fitness-related field preferred
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing personalized fitness programs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to guide and support clients effectively
Proficiency in understanding and applying current fitness and exercise methodologies
Ability to adapt training plans to various fitness levels and individual needs
Able to train across multiple locations with a flexible schedule

Job Responsibility

Conduct personalized 1-on-1 training sessions to help members achieve their fitness and wellness objectives by creating safe and effective training plans tailored to individual needs
Provide individualized guidance on proper exercise techniques, ensuring the correct form and execution for maximal benefit and injury prevention
Stay updated and knowledgeable about current, evidence-based training principles
Demonstrate exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
Establish and cultivate a consistent and engaged client base
Organize and manage a precise schedule to accommodate member sessions effectively
Proficiently use the Elite app to schedule client appointments and guide them through its functionalities
