Job Description

We are seeking an Operations Associate and/or Operations Manager to assist us as we expand our company’s operations nationally. Ideally, the intern would transition into a full-time role at the end of the internship. Your role will be to help manage the company’s fitness testing operations. You will join a small team and will be responsible for assisting with operations pertaining to fitness lab tests completed by Fitnescity's partner labs and clinics. This is an excellent opportunity to join an innovative company and get direct exposure to cutting-edge fitness and nutrition technology.

Job Responsibility

  • Help manage the company’s fitness testing operations
  • Assist with operations pertaining to fitness lab tests completed by Fitnescity's partner labs and clinics
  • Monitor and execute on existing processes (80%)
  • Develop and execute on strategies to improve operational efficiency (20%)

Requirements

  • Detail-minded and process-oriented
  • Analytical but comfortable with both strategic and operational tasks
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and with little supervision
  • Excellent communication skills with some experience with customer happiness
