Job Description:

As a Fitness Supervisor, you'll assess guests' fitness needs, provide personalized exercise programs, and ensure a safe and enjoyable environment at the Luoyang Marriott Hotel. This role involves maintaining equipment, adhering to company standards, and fostering a positive atmosphere for both associates and guests.

Job Responsibility:

Assess individual's current exercise program and level of fitness to develop personalized exercise programs and provide fitness counseling
Provide advice to individuals on the correct method of exercising with fitness equipment
Register and schedule guests for recreation activities
Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests
Promote the rules and regulations of the recreation facility
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and motivating employees
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
Follow company policies and procedures
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
Assist individuals with disabilities
Process payments for rental equipment and recreation activities
Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
Identify, recommend, develop, and implement new ways to increase organizational quality

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
Less than 1 year of related work experience
CPR Certification
First Aid Certification
Any certification or training required by local and state agencies
