This is a hands-on leadership role at the center of our operation. You’ll take ownership of sales performance, support daily operations, and help lead the team to a high standard. This is not an “order-taker” role. This is for someone who: Takes initiative without being asked; Follows through consistently; Holds themselves and others accountable. Success in this role comes from ownership, urgency, and consistency.
Job Responsibility:
Own the full sales cycle from first contact to close
Lead follow-up, outreach, and conversion efforts
Deliver a confident, consultative sales experience
Drive membership growth through strong execution and consistency
Support community events and partnerships
Help ensure the center runs smoothly, efficiently, and at a high standard
Stay on top of key priorities so nothing falls through the cracks
Build strong relationships with members and families
Support scheduling, organization, and daily execution
Lead by example and help set the tone for the team
Coach and support team members to improve performance
Address issues directly and proactively
Communicate clearly and consistently with both team and ownership
Coach classes and support programming when needed
Deliver structured, high-energy classes
Build strong relationships with families and communicate program value
Requirements:
Proven sales ability (comfortable closing and following up)
Strong ownership mentality — you take responsibility for outcomes
Ability to stay organized and execute consistently
