Job Responsibility:

  • Wash, mop, and clean the pool deck
  • Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests
  • Observe activity in the recreational facility and respond appropriately in emergencies
  • Promote recreation facility rules and regulations
  • Provide assistance to injured guests until emergency medical services arrive
  • Obtain, fold, and stack towels according to procedures
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
  • Complete safety training and certifications
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests
  • Anticipate and address guests’ service needs
  • Assist individuals with disabilities
  • Speak using clear and professional language
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships
  • Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
  • Inspect tools, equipment, or machines
  • Enter and locate work-related information in computer systems
  • Move, lift, and carry objects weighing less than 25 pounds
