Schedule services for individuals and large groups using spa/salon reservations software system
ability to perform all reception operational duties including check in, check out, billing and reservation procedures
excel in knowledge of all spa services and products
conduct daily & month-end inventory count of retail items
ability to adapt to priority changes of workflow or requirements
ability to prioritize, organize and follow up
successful completion of the training/certification process
education: high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

Job Responsibility

Update the reservations/cancellations list throughout the day
inform providers of last-minute changes and resolve scheduling issues
promote and sell spa/salon services
process guest payments for spa/salon services
balance, scan, and drop receipts
notify engineering of maintenance and repair needs
maintain cleanliness of fitness centre, spa and locker rooms
assist customers before and/or after their treatment for retail purchase
answer departmental telephone within 3 rings using correct telephone etiquette
accommodate all guest requests courteously and efficiently
