Job Description:

Instruct group fitness classes (e.g., aerobics, spinning, strength training) at all ability levels. Provide advice to individuals on the correct method of exercising with fitness equipment. Assess individual's current exercise program and level of fitness to develop personalized exercise programs and provide fitness counseling.

Job Responsibility:

Instruct group fitness classes at all ability levels
Provide advice on correct exercise methods
Assess individuals' fitness levels and develop personalized exercise programs
Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests
Observe activity and respond to emergencies
Provide assistance to injured guests
Clean and maintain recreational area, equipment, and supplies
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions

Requirements:

CPR Certification
First Aid Certification
Fitness Equipment certification
Fitness Instruction certification
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
Any certification or training required by local and state agencies
