Do you thrive on motivating others and creating a fun, energetic fitness environment? The iNUA Collection, a leading hospitality group in Ireland renowned for exceptional guest experiences, is looking for a passionate Fitness Instructor to join our team at the Hillgrove Hotel & Spa.

Job Responsibility:

Design and lead a variety of engaging fitness classes, catering to different experience levels and interests
Build rapport with guests, assess their fitness goals, and provide personalised guidance
Ensure a positive and inclusive atmosphere in the fitness center, promoting healthy habits
Maintain a clean and well-equipped fitness area
Stay up-to-date on fitness trends and implement new programs

Requirements:

Hold a recognised fitness instructor certification
Hold a life guard Certification
Have experience leading group fitness classes
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Are enthusiastic, patient, and able to motivate individuals
Are a team player with a commitment to providing exceptional service
Availability to work across weekdays/weekends
